We take on projects we like. You pay what it's worth.

Terms of Service:

1. Email us a brief description of whatever needs naming or refining. Emailing us constitutes an acceptance of these terms of service. (Please limit initial correspondences to three paragraphs.)


2. If we like your project, we will respond within a few days with a list of follow-up questions to further clarify and explore your goals and needs.


3. Upon receipt of your reply, we will respond with either an additional round of questions, or with a list of potential names and/or descriptive words.


4. You then tell us what you like or don't like about those names, and we will send you another round of questions, names or words. This process will continue until you get something you like, or until the conversation is terminated. We reserve the right to terminate any creative conversation at any point.


5. If our naming service or directed conversations end up being useful to you in any way, you pay us whatever our service is worth to you. If it is worth nothing, then you pay nothing. If it is worth something, then you deposit funds immediately into our PayPal account. No refunds will be given.


6. We agree not to disclose the details of our conversation or your ideas.


7. We do not own any names or descriptions we come up with on your behalf. It is your responsibility to research and secure any legal rights required for their business or other use.
